The book program at North American Business Press has been established as an additional outlet for those authors looking to publish their work in a manner most beneficial to their current position. While some authors focus on textbook publishing with larger publishing houses such as McGraw-Hill, our focus is more on authors who are interested in publishing textbooks, business trade and professional books which may aid in their teaching areas or in their consulting practice. All members of our editorial staff have terminal degrees and understand the nuances and demands of the secondary education sector.
All books are subject to a peer review process. The quality of the manuscript and target audience are important for our review decision; however we have a professional staff to support manuscripts in various stages of completion. Upon acceptance, we contract with you to publish your book, where upon completion, you are paid some of the highest royalties in the industry for your work. Royalties vary according to the number of copies sold and amount of editing performed by the North American Business Press editorial staff. Royalty fees vary, but the average royalty paid to our authors is 20%. As mentioned on the home page, we have an extensive network that distributes your book to both academic bookstores and typical retail book chains.
